Nearly everyone faces challenges and difficulties at some time in their life. Sometimes they can be overwhelming and we feel helpless.

Anxiety caused by uncertainty, work related stress, loss due to bereavement, addiction or difficulties in a relationship are just some of the reasons why people talk to a professional counsellor or psychotherapist.

BCFRC works with Blanchardstown Counselling Services trained, accredited and supervised counsellors to help you through difficult times.

This service is provided on a very small donation basis. However, affordability should not prevent you from accessing support. We are happy to discuss costs with you.
