Experienced yoga teacher Evan  takes participants through a restorative yoga practice.  Suitable for all ages and abilities.  Yoga mats supplied.  Please bring your own towel.

Siel Bleu

Feel like you’d like to do a work out, but you’re not sure you’d be able to stand for an hour? Siel Bleu's community based Chair Gym programme is designed to give older adults a full body work out from a seated position. Focusing on maintenance and prevention, your Physical Trainer will bring you through one hour of physical activity designed specifically for your group.

All equipment provided.
